Spongebob Squarepants is a chef and member of the Squarepants Household introduced in Part 6.
He is shown to be very depressive, showing more normal psychology contrasting the rest of the town, he is prone to mental breakdowns. He also has a mild drug addiction, probably to help him cope with the misery of his life.
Despite being part of the Squarepants Household, he lives in a small pineapple-shaped shed in the backyard of the main house that only he can enter. He stills spends most of his time in the main house with the other members of the household, however.
As they are both chefs living in Oasis Springs, it is possible that Spongebob knows or even works under the higher ranked Garfield Cat.
Spongebob's most prominent friendly relationship is with Funky Kong, and in Part 9, he goes to drastic measures to keep his undivided attention and constantly begs to hang out with him.
History
Part 6
Spongebob and his roommate Albert Wesker moved into the old house of Enyaba Ordonez after her death at the hands of Kira Yoshikage.
Soon after, Spongebob suffers a mental breakdown following his roommate's killing spree, possibly because of the reality of the situation he's in is setting in. The aforementioned killing spree also lead to Jill Valentine joining the household a bit later on.
Part 9
Funky Kong is invited to a "Movie Night" by Spongebob, he accepts but it actually is a dance party on the street on an empty lot. All the guests Fortnite dance frenetically throughout the night to the point where they all end up passing out.
Part 11
(Non-Canon)
Spongebob contracts a deadly illness. While he is thinking about how to deal with, an Immortal Burglar breaks into the house and Spongebob is shot in the abdomen. He survives but he has to undergo a surgery to remove the bullet, the surgery however fails twice and Spongebob is left having to live his final days.
He attempts to be turned into a Vampire by Dio Brando, but the illness and the lead poisoning from the bullet ends up killing him before he fully turns into one. Spongebob dies during his attempt to visit Johnny Zest, collapsing on his front lawn.
Jill Valentine later names her newborn son in honor of his memory, naming him Patrick Star.
It was later revealed that the entirety of Part 11 was nothing more than a nightmare of Jill's, which means that Spongebob was never shot and therefore never died.
Part 12
Spongebob is naturally invited to Jill and Nemesis' Wedding, although he isn't seen doing much besides sleeping in Johnny's bed. Nemesis T-Type joins the household afterward.
Part 13
Spongebob goes visit the newly built Krusty Krab. He cooks Krabby Patties but almost falls into depression because nobody wants to eat them at first, he cheers up when he sees some people enjoying them.
The entire Squarepants Household then celebrates Thanksgiving, it goes extremely poorly for everyone besides Wesker. Spongebob's sanity hits a breaking point when someone invades the house to beat up "Wesker", he brutally guns down the intruder. Shaggy Rogers also breaks into the house soon after, only to be incinerated alive by Spongebob with a flamethrower.
The following day, he is visited by Eugene Mister Krabs who just moved into town, the two chat for a while.
Part 18
Albert Wesker's Clone is kidnapped twice, and Spongebob decides that it's his job to rescue him. He gathers a large sum of money from an unknown source, and pays the kidnappers to find out where Wesker is being held, which turns out to be the Forgotten Grotto. Spongebob travels with Eugene Mister Krabs to the Cursed Lands to enter the grotto, but Mr. Krabs doesn't follow him inside. He pays the kidnappers their ransom for Wesker and takes him home. Spongebob goes to bed and, in the middle of his sleep, is bullied by a dead dog.

- Officially, his name is actually spelled SpongeBob SquarePants. The misspelling given to the sim is very common and is usually seen as correct.
- Spongebob is the only Sim in the Squarepants Household to not be from the Resident Evil franchise.
