The Cursed Lands are the ruins of the Kong Household, Bonzi Buddy's old house, warped into a malevolent, cursed plot of land.
Since the Kong Treehouse was burned to the ground by Garfield in Part 12, Satan's frame on a lone wall is the only piece of the structure still standing beside the cave entrance behind it. The mailbox, a basket of fruit, and notably the sink are the only other things that survived the fire. The sink was also cursed by someone dumping a huge shit in it, but Bulk Bogan used it with all its contents to brush his teeth.
In Part 15, Freddie Mercury was able to open up the mysterious cave after Garfield had requested help from him and managed to find the Forgotten Grotto deep inside.
In Part 21, Bulk Bogan noticed that a mysterious floating cube is now hovering above the property. The inside is hollow, there is a small pile of newspapers in it along with a few cobwebs.
A long ladder can be seen reaching up to it in Part 22, although it wasn't acknowledged.
A portal appears on the lot in Part 23, along with some steps, though this is lightly acknowledged.
